H. Julian Ward, Jr. is a Georgia native, born in Macon and raised in Brunswick. A 1974 graduate of Glynn Academy, 1978 graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University, and 1981 graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary he served four churches as ordained Minister before a career change in 1994 brought him into the funeral industry. Julian was employed by the Alderwoods Group, Inc. first as Market General Manager for South GA, then as Regional Sales Manager for South GA, Northeast FL, and Alabama before corporate merger and downsizing motivated the establishment of Omega Planning Resources, LLC in 2006. He lives in Statesboro, GA with wife June, and has three grown children April, Christopher and Bradley.
