The idea for Omega Planning Resources came during an October, 2004 retreat in the mountains of Western North Carolina.  Julian and June Ward along with Len and Pam Strozier dreamed of an opportunity to help other families avoid the legal and business related difficulties they encountered during the final illnesses and subsequent deaths of parents.

August, 2006 saw the dream become a reality.  Established as a Limited Liability Company,  Omega Planning Resources is domiciled in Georgia with current business licenses in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.
